Design

As an exciting new addition to our commercial furniture collection, the concourse is a lounge setting designed and manufactured for use in an extremely wide variety of applications.

Initially designed with a brief for a reception area lounge that 'looks great' from all angles, the Concourse series lounges are a blend or hybrid combination of an armless lounge or a ottoman with a back.

As a reception area lounge, it fits perfectly along walls and in corners, but due to its design brief it sits more than comfortably on angles whether viewed from the front, side or back.

Applications

By the 'Law of unintended consequences', the Concourse has proved to be exceptionally popular as a Library Furniture selection for open areas , Universities and Schools.

Of late, the Concourse series lounge has been specified and installed in numerous large scale projects, proving itself to be a striking addition to the project fit out.

Construction & upholstery selections

Constructed from industrial-strength materials, the Concourse lounge can be upholstered in any selection of choice.

We can dress the Concourse in fabric, synthetic or wool, or vinyl to suit the application. 

Patterned, plain, striped, textured, or multi-coloured - the choice is yours.

When grouped in larger quantities, a combination of several colours and textures looks sensational.

Upholstered in any of our enduring vinyls such as Warwick Nova, (that comes with a really exciting contemporary colour range), the Concourse has been installed in Hospital waiting areas. It has since been added to our Healthcare seating range.

The indestructible base is manufactured from Stainless steel and features a sled based design that makes it simple to re-configure into arrangements. As it slides across carpet, it eliminates the need for lifting. OH&S people love them.
